Our shop is preparing to open. These policies describe real purchases once available. Preview test orders do not charge money or produce a shipment.

Your saved bag

We save product identifiers, quantities and a collection version in your browser’s local storage so your bag can remain when you return. Your saved bag does not contain card details, your name or your address. You can clear it on the bag page or remove this site’s data in your browser.

Orders and payments

When you check out, Stripe collects payment and checkout information. We receive the contact and shipping details needed for your order, selected items, amounts, payment status and payment references. We store order and fulfillment records to process purchases, provide support, prevent duplicate orders and manage refunds or disputes. We do not store full payment card numbers or card security codes.

Making and delivering your order

We share the items, artwork and necessary recipient and delivery details with Printify and its print and shipping partners to make, ship and track your order. Stripe processes payments. Amazon Web Services hosts our website and order systems and delivers transactional email. These services process information to provide their services and under their own applicable privacy notices.

Emails and customer support

We use your email address for order confirmations, shipment and delivery updates, refund notices and support. If you contact us, we receive the information you send and use it to respond and resolve your request. We do not add order email addresses to a marketing list automatically. Our transactional emails do not use open or click tracking; delivery, bounce and complaint events help us maintain reliable sending.

Site visits and security

Our hosting and payment providers process technical information to deliver and protect their services. The storefront does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we do not sell your personal information. There are no customer accounts at launch. Keep order-status links private, because anyone with a valid link may be able to view limited order progress and tracking information.

Keeping information

We retain order and support information as needed to fulfill purchases, maintain business and accounting records, handle disputes and meet legal obligations. Different records may need to be kept for different periods. We restrict access to operational systems; no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Questions and requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with your order or correspondence. We may need to verify your request and retain information required for legal, accounting or unresolved transaction purposes. We’ll explain any applicable limits.

Testing and updates

Preview checkout uses Stripe test mode. Use fictional contact and shipping details and a test card; test orders do not charge money or ship products. Test information may be stored to validate the order flow. We’ll update this notice when our practices change and show the revised date above.
